2. Entry & Registration

• Free Entry for Children: Children up to the age of 8 years are eligible for free entry.
• All visitors must carry a valid identification proof if requested.
• Entry wristbands or passes must be worn at all times within the event premises.
• The event is open to individuals of all ages; however, minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

3. Accommodation & Stay Guidelines

• Each tent is permitted to accommodate a maximum of 2 adults + 1 child.
• Visitors must adhere to the designated tent areas and not exceed the allowed occupancy.
• Any damage to tents or provided facilities will be the responsibility of the occupant.

4. Prohibited Items & Conduct

• No Alcohol or Intoxicants: Consumption, possession, or sale of alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicating substances is strictly prohibited.
• Firearms, sharp objects, or any hazardous materials are not allowed.
• Any form of unruly behavior, harassment, or vandalism will lead to immediate removal from the premises.

5. Safety & Liability

• Organizers are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
• Visitors must follow all safety instructions provided by event staff and security personnel.
• In case of any medical emergency, on-site medical assistance will be available.
• Visitors participate in activities at their own risk. The organizers shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, or unforeseen incidents.
